Yes, there are. The problem is they are quite expensive. I was between flights and I had to spend the night in Philly, and the cheapest thing I could find near the airport was the 100 $ a night rooms at the Extended Stay Philadelphia Airport. The address is 9000 Tinicum Blvd.
