Fat Tuesday? You mean the South St Mardi Gras for Fat Tuesday festival? That's in Mid february, of course. And it's actually one of the happiest days in this city :) You must go there, there's music and booze everywhere on the streets :) Not that I remmeber too much from my last year Fat Tuesday :)
