One of the best restaurants in my opinion, and not just mine, ask the locals too, is the Silk City Diner. This place on Spring Garden street is one of the oldest in town and the people of Philadelphia favour it. It's open 24/ 7 and you can get anything from steaks to seafood. Good prices too.
