A good place to eat in University City?(give a different answer) .
How do you like your meat, this is the main question you should ask yourself before going to dinner to the best steak house in town. I am talking about Smokey Joe's Tavern on 40th street, a place where dinner will cost you around 15 $. They also serve some delicious burgers at lunch.
