No, not exactly ... but one of the largest yes. You have probably heard about the Fairmount Park, a park where you can find anything from woodlands to meadows to rolling hills. It is easily accesable from Belmont Ave and one of the main attractions there is the Ellen Philips Samuel Memorial Sculpture Garden.
