The Betsy Ross House in Philadelphia

Posted 1 year ago by adonis in response to avatar marie's question: Where can I see more on colonial architecture? (give a different answer) .

There are quite number of old buildings still standing in Philly, but one of the best examples when it comes to colonial architecture is still the Betsy Ross House on Arch street at no 239. Legend has it that Betsy Ross actually sewed the 1st American flag in this house. Worth a visit
