Of course there is a zoo in Philly .. and it's actually the first in the US. The Philadelphia Zoological Gardens is on Girard avenue and it boasts an enormous no of wild animals - more than 2000. In the late 90s it opened the world famous primate Reserve. Worth going there as it only costs 10 $ to get in:)
