Yes there is, just like in any major city in the US. It's called City Pass, and for about 25 $ you get to visit 6 of the most important tourist attractions in town : Philadelphia Museum of art, Franklinn Institute, Independence Seaport Museum and 3 more I don't remember now ... :) You can get one of these at any tourist office or travel agency
