I went myself on one of these tours last year when I was visiting some friends in Philly. There was this company called Spirit of Philadelphia who organized trips up the Delaware river. Really worth going on one of them You can enjoy the splendour of the sites along the banks of the river... To get on one of these boats just go to the Penn's Landing at the end of Lombard street
