Hitch hiking by far :) But if you are not that kind of person, I mean if you won't get into a stranger's car, then the next cheapest thing is the bus. The Greyhound has a station on 10th and Filbert street. The train is also cheap, and the Amtrak stops at the 30th street station. Your choice :)
