Well, it depends on the company you choose. There's about 3 major cab companies in Philadelphia - Quaker City Cab, Bell Taxi and of course the Yellow cab. Best option is to call one of the Bell taxis at your hotel or whatever you're staying and you'll get the best price this way. Call 215 425 70 00 for that.
