I'm a sporty guy - I mean I like seeing others play while sitting in a comfortable seat, buried in popcorn. What sports do Phoenix inhabitants practice?(give a different answer) .
Baseball, you can have as much as you want in Bank One Ballpark, next to the America West Arena. You can also assist the trainings of some major-league teams, that practice in Phoenix during March. Something more adrenalin-pumping? The rodeo Parada del Sol, with a week of man-beast confrontations in February. For witnessing some golf games, wait for the Tournament Players Club of Scottsdale in January.
