I can only recommend you this place called Dinnerhorn, a very nice restaurant in the center of Portsmouth. This place serves delicious seafood, as well as great American style steaks. It's on Lafayette Rd, and prices start at about 8 $. put it on your attraction list for your next trip to Portsmouth
