There is this nice little French cafe I usually go for lunch called Cafe Chloe. It's on Ninth Ave and prices are moderate. I mean I never pay more than 15 $ to lunch there. It's quite popular with the local crowd, although I am not quite sure why. Probably the service :) Anyway, I think you should check it out and see for yourself
