The best restaurant in the Old town is a cafe :) It is called Cafe Pacifica and serves anything from Californian specialties to seafood. They have the best chef in California, although I don't remember his name. the place is located on San Diego avenue, and I wouldn't go there without at least 100 $ in my wallet
