Best thing that crosses my mind just now is the Star of the Sea restaurant on N Harbor drive. As its name implies :) - or not :), this is one of the top end dining places in the city. The prices are there to prove it. I dined there once and for a plate of seafood I got to pay almost 100 $. Good but too darn expensive!!!
