My favourite, cause it is good old American style diner, is the Green Flash. The restaurant is at 701 Thomas Ave and it serves anything from seafood to grills to burgers. It's a nice place to go on an evening and sit back and relax while watching the people pass by on the street. it won't cost you more than 15 $
