there's only one restaurant in the Gaslamp District that fits your description, and that is the Napa Valley Grille. They serve somne of the best known Californian recipes, as well as some mediterranean specialties. Prices range from 15 to 30 for the mains, but the wines are a little pricey. It is inside the Horton Plaza mall
