Not exactly. In Balboa park you will find the House of Pacific Relations International Cottages, a very interesting area where you can see cottages from the various cultures of the Pacific. A very good place to go shopping for souvenirs, in the United Nations Building that's right there. Not in one of the cottages, mind you :)
