Rates vary from $100 to $300. Why? Because with $100 you can have a room with the usual facilities (even though these 'usual' are much more attractive than those from other hotels) and with $300 they will give something equipped with spa, fireplace and things like that. Forgot to mention: the first category includes rooms with or without private toilets; the price difference is around $20-30.
