One hotel I know for sure it has breakfast included in the price is Bed & Breakfast Inn. It's located in a good area (Charlton Court) and the friendly atmosphere seems to be ok with any family. Rooms aren't cheaper than $115 but because you will also eat one meal there I consider it a good bargain. Tel: (415)9219784
