from what I've seen till now Motel Capri seems to be the most convenient. It has nice rooms that cost only $75 per night and there is also the option to rent rooms equipped with kitchen (these are around $150... and it's good to have one only for long term stays). The parking area is large, so you can stop whenever you want.
