When I was living in the Castro I noticed there was a restaurant at 42 Church St - Sparky's Diner - where you couldn't see too many persons during the day. But when night fell all the barhoppers and clubhoppers filled it. The menu had nothing else but American food and it was fairly-priced ($4-$12).
