Once I was invited for a lunch at Sam's Grill & Seafood restaurant. It is an Italian one, just that you won't see on the menu only pasta and pizza... fish dishes have been added too. I saw appetizers from $5 to around $15, while the mains were $10-20. The restaurant's location is 374 Bush St, in Financial District.
