Aqua is known as one of the best seafood restaurants in town. No wonder why... since you have to book one week ahead before going there. Lunch usually includes caviar (it costs $15-25 and can be served only on weekdays) and for dinner the cooks have special menus (dinner can be more expensive, stating from $30). Aqua is located at 252 California St.
