When I went to SF my relatives took me to Town Hall. They wanted to show me how food is prepared in some of the USA regions. I consider this restaurant a good option for tourists especially (even though locals too could learn something more about the other states' cuisine). The problem is that it can take you some minutes to decide on your order. Booking is advisable - 415/908 3900.
