I suppose you know the bridge between the Kintetsu & Kinokuya buildings. Right on that bridge there is a restaurant named On The Bridge (I know it's a funny name) where you can eat for less than $10 a kind of food, which combines the Japanese and the European cuisine. The taste is quite unique and very flavoured.
