This agency is not the cheapest in San Francisco. Indeed it's reliable and it can find you an adequate nanny or babysitter whom you can trust, but they ask you to pay $16-20 for only one hour... the minimum period being 4 hours. You also have to book in advance (800 398 8810) with one day earlier.
