The forest is my retreat when I get fed up with my usual life...Know any silent greenery in Santa Cruz?(give a different answer) .
Approximately 23 miles away from Santa Cruz, if you drive along Hwy 9 and 236, you'll reach Big Basin Redwoods State Park. It's just the perfect recreation place, with a 18,000 acres surface populated by redwood forests. Added to this, the walking trails with beautiful scenery are plenty, about 80 miles of treks, and there's one getting to the Pacific shore. Reward yourself with a vacation in Big Basin, a camping site is 13-16 $, while car entrance 5$!
