The only place that you can actually call cheap in this part of Seattle is the College Inn. i stayed there a couple of times - I travel to Seattle quite often, and I usually got a room for 50 $ - they also have more expensive ones. The amenities include satelite TV and a refrigerator, while the rooms are clean and spacious. It is on University Way
