I can't say for sure whether it really is the cheapest one in Seattle, but for the 65 $ a night you have to ppay to stay there, this hotel is indeed cheap. I am trying to tell you about the Continental Plaza Seattle hotel on Aurora Ave. N at no 2500 . Go see for yourself :)
