Course you can :) There is this hotel I once stayed at called the Hotel Deca (Noble House) in Seattle where you can get a very good room for just 150 $. Amenities include a restaurant and a swimming pool. It is at no 4507 on Brooklyn Ave NE, and I can only recommend it to you
