There's lots of bars in Seattle, and they're usually open till late in the night. I always went to this place called Liquid Lounge during my 2 year stay in Seattle, cause prices were student friendly and the DJs there were the best in town. It's actually a mix between a bar and a club. I met my future wife there, so I might be biased, but anyway, it's on 5th Ave N.
