The only vietnamese restaurant that I know of in Seatle is the Cafe Hue in the International District on 2nd Ave. i went there a couple of times and I can't complain. Ebverything you caould expect from a Vietnamese restaurant. From the menu to the price list. Some French influences can be detected though :)
