There's five municipal golf courses handled by Tucson Parks and Recreation Dept, which you can contact at 520/791-4336. Besides, the resorts have even a reacher golf offer. Take OmniTucson National Golf Resort and Spa in W. Club Dr., Westin la Paloma or Sheraton Tucson El Conquistador.
