Hotel Harrington, a budget hotel in Washington DC

I've just came from Washington with mt wife and I can say that a great save of my money was the Hotel Harrington. It is located on 436 11th Street, N.W. (corner of 11th & E Streets, N.W.). For example for 7 nights staying there I had to pay a total of $760 for a small twin. It is enough comfortable for a couple. The biggest minus is that all these rooms are located on the smoking floors so you cannot request a non-smoking room.
