I know there are a lot of them. The one's that impressed me much were: International Spy Museum (located on 800 F Street, NW) the entrance there is $13, a lot of interesting things to see. National Museum of Natural History , here you will find a lot about our evolution :)
And the third main museum I recommend you is National Museum of American History (last two located in the National Mall area).
