If you love French cuisine(and even if you have never tried it) you could try the "Green Room" on Market St. The place resembles a 19th century building and serves absolutely exquisite dishes, such as crab cakes with chive oil, sea scallops or dee-fried leeks. The bad part is that the place is only serves dinner on Saturdays and lunch during the rest of the week.Still one of the best choices :)
